We had a Tidy Up Day where 14 adults gave their time, expertise and effort to clear gutters, repair drainpipes, cut back buddleia and weed the car park. Many thanks to all!
There was also a visit to The Sealife Centre in Weymouth with Years 1 & 2. Oddly it was a cold day, but the children still enjoyed ice creams. The outing was part of a project on how we look at the sea and treat sea creatures. It was hugely enjoyed.
Lastly, every fortnight we've been holding a cake raffles with cakes baked by staff and parents up for grabs. The children love the chance for £1 a pop at assembly and this has raised an amazing £600. This will help buy a new board to replace our rather jaded projector in the Hall.
