- We held a Wear it Yellow Day to support St Margaret's Hospice and 'Buzy' the bee came to visit us in assembly. We raised a fantastic £94.10 for their charity!
- Adventurers Class went to The Bristol Museum and Art Gallery to see Greek artefacts. This linked with their current topic on the Greeks. There was a quiz where they had to look at the artefacts to find the answers, and the pupils did a workshop where they were allowed to handle 2000 year-old vases. I’m very relieved to report that nobody dropped one!
- Twelve athletes from the school competed in the cross country meeting at Yeovil Town Football Club. There were 456 other children from 30 schools in the county, and while we didn’t quite make the podium, the camaraderie among our team was certainly gold standard.
